As you're probably aware, Kanye has been a constant presence in the headlines these past few months, thanks to the release of his Life of Pablo album – and his never-ending rants on social media. Not a day goes by, it seems, that he doesn't get the nation talking with something he posted on Twitter, whether he's spouting inane bullshit, declaring the death of the Compact Disc or proclaiming his lifelong love for Will Ferrell.
Anyway, some people appreciate Kanye for those candid moments, whereas others, like Barkley, have had enough. Chuck fielded questions at the NCAA Tournament Media Day on Tuesday, and when he wasn't talking about actual important things – "All politics is rich people screwing poor people," he said – he was explaining why he's been so disappointed by Kanye's behavior.
"For somebody who has so much going, I'm disappointed he's not using it in a more positive way," Barkley told Bleacher Report. "Especially as a black man, I know how hard it is to be successful. And when you get to the mountaintop, you can either do good or bad. He's in an unbelievable position to make a difference, and I'm disappointed he's not using it in a more positive way."
That's not entirely accurate – Kanye positively loves Ikea, after all – but when the guy who once tossed someone through a window calls you out for bad behavior, you know you've got problems.
