WATCH K Michelle Speaks On The Dangers Of Butt Implants

K. Michelle is getting real about her body and butt implants.

During a recent interview on The Real, the singer opened up about her decision to get plastic surgery and why she's decided to have her butt implants removed.

Speaking with the ladies of the show, Michelle said she initially decided to enhance her behind because she thought she needed a "huge butt," despite being naturally curvy. "I've always been curvy, it wasn't enough," the singer said. "I thought, I want to take it to the extreme. I'm having trouble with men right now, maybe if I had a huge butt I'll get even bigger love."

The singer added that she got work done on her teeth, butt, and hips, but now the butt enhancement is beginning to affect her health.

Michelle revealed that during a check for lupus, which she believed was causing severe aches, she discovered that the pain could be coming from her butt.

"We discovered that my butt is so big and my legs are not holding it," she said. "People don't talk about that, though." Michelle stated that doctors were reluctant to go anywhere near her behind as she sought treatment, but she's now found one willing to help.

"Imagine if you don't have the money to get it out," she said. "You got these butt shots and you're in pain, but you don't have any money to get it out of you. They don't tell you about that."

Michelle, who recently released her fourth studio album, Kimberly: The People I Used to Know, also discussed her relationship with R. Kelly and the sexual assault allegations against him.

The singer, who had a rocky relationship with Kelly, said, "This is my mentor. He taught me everything about recording, about how to write, and the importance of just doing music. And, you want to have loyalty for that, but at the same time I was the girl saying something happened to me and the world told me it didn't happen."

She added, "When I'm looking on these blogs and seeing these girls telling their stories, women are all up under these comments like, 'Oh, that didn't happen. She's lying.' It breaks my heart because I was once that girl, like, 'Somebody knows the truth, but ain't nobody going to take up for me?' It's left me in a very funny place."
